A Proposed On-Post Meeting and Recreation Facility
Sua Sponte Foundation has undertaken a much-needed project in support of the U.S. Army Rangers of the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment and their families. The Post currently has no theater, bowling, club or other gathering place for these Rangers to enjoy their downtime.
A 4,000 sq. ft. recreation building, called The Heritage Center, has been proposed in the barracks quad area across from the Rangers’ beautiful Memorial. Plans have been approved by Post authority and are being finalized.
The Heritage Center will serve as a multipurpose conference area, lounge, recreation, and gathering place for Rangers. It will have a small kitchen, bathrooms, TVs, gaming equipment, tables and chairs. Large doors at the front are designed to open, revealing the outside entertainment and patio space.
Your donation will help fund this important gathering spot for Rangers to enjoy.
